We are committed to making Totally Thames festival as accessible and inclusive as possible.

If you don't have a venue secured please indicate what stage you are at in this process. 

Please indicate rough dates if these are not secured yet.

We require each event to have a digital element must be included (be it live stream, pre-recorded experiences relating to the event, etc) which we can advise on. 

Thames Festival Trust must handle the ticketing of your event, please note we take 10% net of VAT of all ticket sales to cover admin and credit card fees.

On no more than 4 pages of A4 please show a selection of your previous work which best describes your Totally Thames festival project. Please include video links will passwords. 

Please upload any images or portfolio to support your application. Applications will not be accepted without examples of previous work.

Please confirm whether your activity requires no funding, or outline the current status of your funding.
Note: Only fully funded activities can be included in the final programme.
