After graduating, Sophie worked in a school and started working in galleries and on her own arts projects before joining Thames Festival Trust. She has a varied role in the organisation and leads the Open Call programme for Totally Thames as well as Thames Lens and Thames Rising. She is also in charge of keeping the office in ship shape!
