We're looking for friendly, confident and engaging evaluators to join the Totally Thames festival team and help us connect with audiences across a range of events.
What you'll be doing
As an Audience Evaluator, you'll be out in the heart of the action, immersed in festivals, performances, installations and river-based events. Your role is to approach visitors, strike up conversations, and capture their experiences and opinions using a short paper survey.
You'll be finding out:
- Whether they're local to the area
- What they thought of the event
- If they've attended festival events before
- How they heard about the event
More than simply asking questions, you'll help make visitors feel welcome and valued.
We're looking for people who:
- Enjoy talking to new people
- Can confidently approach members of the public
- Are enthusiastic, positive and professional
- Can accurately record responses on a paper form
The experience
This is a great opportunity to experience Totally Thames festival from a unique perspective. You'll witness a wide variety of events and gain insight into how audiences engage with culture, creativity and the River Thames.
