One of South Korea’s most renowned and celebrated multimedia artists, Ik-Joong Kang discusses his work and practice with Curator Eleanor Soo-ah Hyun.

Kang will introduce Floating Dreams, his large-scale installation situated in the centre of the River Thames by Millennium Bridge, commissioned for Totally Thames, and discuss his future projects.

Samramansang Moon Jar #1 and 12 Wishes, on display in the Museum’s Korea Foundation gallery, show Kang melding traditional influences such as Buddhist icons and Joseon-dynasty moon jars with his practice of multiples and repetition.
