An unmissable and uplifting outdoor choral performance from over 500 singers from choirs across the country will come together for a powerful and evocative concert right beside the River Thames.

Led by inspiring choir leaders Roxane Smith and Katie Rose with guest conductors Una May Olomolaiye and Janna Goodwille. The concert will feature innovative arrangements of songs such as Bobby Darin’s classic Beyond the Sea and Umwegitane, a piece based on a traditional Rwandan song composed by founder Helen Chadwick. Plus performances from A Fistful of Spookies, a small UK based section of the internationally renown Australian men’s choir The Spooky Mens Chorale led by Stephen Taberner will also be entertaining the audience with their eccentric close harmony humour.

Co-founded by the Thames Festival Trust and composer, singer and musical director Helen Chadwick in 2002, Sing for Water has raised 1 million pounds for WaterAid since it began.
