Situated on the historic and picturesque Hammersmith riverside, Kelmscott House was Morris’s beloved home for the last eighteen years of his life. The lower floors now house a small museum dedicated to Morris, containing wallpapers, textiles, original designs and a fully-working printing press. Be inspired by our collection of beautiful patterns that Morris was motivated to design through is love of the Thames. Patterns such as Evenlode, Wandle, Windrush, Cray and Kennet are amongst Morris’s best-known patterns and were all named after tributaries of the Thames. Come along and paint your own Thames-inspired design on a ceramic tile in our delightful riverside location.

Free event, donations are welcome.
