Get into gear with a comprehensive cycle through the charming Richmond and Kingston areas, taking in the gorgeous views, deer parks, historic houses and the quirky Gothic Strawberry Hill House along the way.

Uncover the charms of the wider Richmond and Kingston areas on this interest-packed day out. Circular tour for the more active but at an easy pace with plenty of stops. Includes Richmond and the famous views from Richmond Hill and King Henry’s mound, two royal deer parks linked by the magnificent Thames, historic houses and palaces and a visit to quirky Gothic Strawberry Hill House. Mostly off-road but covering part of the London 2012 Olympics cycling route. Return to London Waterloo from Richmond station.

Adults £55, seniors £50, students ID £35, Child 12-16 £25 (includes cycle hire, helmet, bike lock, guide and entrance to Strawberry Hill House). Deduct £15 if you bring your own bike. Returnable deposit and photo ID required for bike hire. Presented by Discovery Richmond
Discovery Richmond is pleased to be taking part in the biggest season of river-focused events in the world. We have created a series of river-linked guided sightseeing tours on foot, by bike and riverboat in collaboration with Totally Thames to celebrate London’s river throughout September 2014 along its most picturesque stretch. - Discovery Richmond
