Discover the maritime heritage of the south bank of the Thames, and find out about post-medieval ship breaking in Bermondsey and Rotherhithe. If the tide allows, you may also get a glimpse of prehistory on the foreshore!

Places are limited so booking is essential. The foreshore surface can be uneven and muddy! So please wear sturdy footwear; boots or wellies are recommended.
Walk leaders: Eliott Wragg, Helen Johnston & the Rotherhithe and Bermondsey Foreshore Recording and Observation Group.
