The Thames Path is unique - beautiful scenery steeped in history and a superb backdrop for a series of river-side challenges. This September brings the Thames Path Challenge, the Thames Bridges Trek, the Oxford to Henley Challenge and Henley 10km to the banks of the Thames for a festival of Challenges.

The Thames Path Challenge consists of the 100km from Putney Bridge to Henley, passing through beautiful riverside scenery including Hampton Court and Runnymede. With a 50km or a 25km option too there really is something for everyone in this epic endurance challenge.

Our 'Thames Bridges Trek' is 25km through central London over 16 historic bridges. Join over a 1,000 others as we venture across the Capital taking in unrivalled views of the skyline from its best vantage points. Setting out from Putney Bridge - we head east towards the City, over the array of historic bridges - each with its own fascinating story. 25km later, it's a finish line celebration in the shadow of the majestic Tower Bridge.

Over 5000 people will be taking part in one of the challenges in 2016. Will you be one of them? Sign up for charity or as a personal challenge and push yourself this September. You'll get full support all the way - with plenty of food & drink and great hospitality ensuring everything is in place to give you the best chance at making it to the finish.
