Take on the Thames Path Challenge and push yourself in uniquely beautiful scenery that's steeped in history, and a superb backdrop for a festival of river-side challenge events.

Walk it, Jog it, Run it

It's 100km from Putney Bridge to Henley alongside Britain’s greatest river - most of the 4,000 challengers will Walk at their own pace, many will Jog parts, and some will Run the whole course – and all will have a special reason to push themselves. You can join as an individual or as a team, there’s half and quarter distance options, however you take it your challenge will be a test of stamina and determination, with full support all the way, and rewarded with an amazing sense of achievement.
