100km of glorious scenery, steeped in millienia of history, the Thames is the perfect backdrop for this festival of endurance. Join thousands of challengers as you walk or run for your chosen cause.
The Thames Path National Trail is unique. Varied and beautiful scenery in an area steeped in history will provide a superb backdrop for an exceptional 'festival' of endurance challenges this September. Now in its third year, you can take it on either as a walk or a run, whilst raising money for the charity of your choice. The full 100 km challenge stretches from Putney Bridge to Henley-on-Thames and can be tackled as either a 24-hour Walk or Ultra-Marathon run. Alternatively, you can explore either 50 km route options – as a walk or run, or try your fitness against any of our 4 x 25km sections. Join thousands of others as a team of friends, colleagues or family and support each other, or on your own and meet fellow challengers along the way. Most will walk it, some will jog parts of it, and quite a few will run the full 100 km. The Thames Path Challenge is organised by Action Challenge (Challenge Event Organisers).
