The Globe is offering you the very special opportunity to join their Wonder Season company members for a free 40-minute physical and vocal warm-up in the Yard.

Wonder Warm Ups will take place from 10.30am on Wednesday 31 August, Thursday 1 September, Friday 2 September and Saturday 3 September. Each warm up session will be led by a different company - and everyone is welcome to join us!

Groundling Gates will open at 10.15am on each of the days above. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so make sure you come early and join the queue from the Groundling Gates along Bankside. As with our theatre productions, warm ups will go ahead whether rain or shine.

Fancy dropping in for one of the sessions? Here are a few things to bear in mind:

  • Wear appropriate clothing needed for a physical and vocal warm up. As the session will be taking place in the Yard, please don’t bring lots of bags with you.
  • It’s a good idea to bring a bottle of water with you. There’s a drinking water fountain on East Piazza that you can refill bottles from.
  • Please don’t take photos during the session - after all, the company will be warming up too!
