Hands on History: Footsteps of Mudlarks

Thames Explorer Trust

We are hosting a series of events on the Thames foreshore to discover the small archaeology.

London tidal Thames

A chance to get onto the foreshore and find the archaeological surface artefacts revealed by the River Thames. Who knows what will be discovered - smoking pipes, drainpipes, pottery, bones…? There is lots of evidence of London's past to be found. Money raised from these sessions supports the development and delivery of our schools’ programmes.
