- Takes place in London on or around the Thames between 1 - 30 September 2025.
- The event should be delivered to both a digital platform and an event space. We require all events to be multiplatform to ensure we can reach the widest and most diverse audience. We can help advise on this.
- Need a Venue? We can assist in locating exciting, unique river locations. Please note venue costs may still be attached. You are welcome to apply with a venue in mind.
- All ticket sales must come through our ticketing platform. We will charge you for ticket sales administration at a rate of 10% plus vat on all sales – this invoice will be deducted from your ticket sales income prior to settlement.
We are committed to working towards a more diverse cultural sector. Our recruitment process is open to all, but we are particularly keen to hear from Black, Asian and Majority Ethnic, LGBTQIA+, those from lower socio-economic backgrounds and those who self-identify as disabled, as these groups are currently underrepresented in our teams.
