Clean Thames Challenge

Thu 19th Jun 2025

Tired of seeing litter along the Thames? Want to make a real difference for our iconic river and its wildlife? The Clean Thames Challenge is back for its second year!

Running throughout September, the litter picking challenge invites individuals and groups to participate in a variety of ways, all with the shared goal of improving the health of the Thames.

If you are quick to get on board, you’ll get a special delivery – your very own Clean Thames kit, including a hi-vis and a trusty litter picker! But don’t wait too long, kits are first come, first served and won’t last forever.
