Passionate about art, design, bikes, and exploring a different side of London and the river? Then these unique cycling tours that take you off the beaten track should tick all the boxes. Curated by artouride, a unique bicycle tour company specialising in art and design-related rides and practice-based workshops, these tours that have been specially created for Totally Thames will take you along, over and under the Thames. Discover hidden gems, art in surprising riverside locations, historical landmarks and much more.

Architecture & Design - Riverside Exploration with artouride

Taking in some of the best examples of historic, contemporary and iconic architecture in the roads less travelled beside the Thames, this tour will take you along, over and under the river. With a specialist commentary throughout, you’ll travel east along the Thames path towards Greenwich, along the peninsula and over the Thames in the cable car. Along the way you’ll visit Trinity Buoy Wharf – London’s only lighthouse and home to a fascinating collection of site-specific artworks – travel along the North side of the Thames to the entrance of the Greenwich foot tunnel before cycling back by the river to Greenland Dock. (Cable car and bike hire included in costs).
