River of Hope is an arts-based learning project that uses environmental themes and creative arts practice to help young people express their concerns about the climate crisis. Under the guidance of artists Shona Watt and Fiona Grady and supported by river visits with Thames Explorer Trust and Cody Dock, pupils have created original artworks, inspired by their local rivers. Participating secondary schools have also worked alongside poet Dauda Ladejobi to create spoken word in response to the themes of the project.
