Thames Run: Source to Sea

Thames Run: Source to Sea

Thames Run: Source to Sea is a multi-media exhibition of a live art-work first performed as part of the Estuary Festival from 31st May-13th June 2021.

Lambeth

On the 31st May 2021, the artist began a run following the path of the river Thames from its source in Kemble, Gloucestershire and continued for 14 consecutive days to the mouth of the sea at the Isle of Grain in Kent. Audiences tracked her movements live online, using GPS tracking, live streaming and social media. For this exhibition the artist has made a physical multi-media installation of this work that encompasses drawing, and the reproductive media that that was originally live-streamed.
