Poet in the City, in partnership with the Outdoor Swimming Society, presents the poetry of wilderness, water and wild swimming.

Exploring the rich relationship between poetry and wild swimming, you are invited to celebrate the magic and adventure of a leap into the unknown. Wild waters have inspired centuries of poets, and the power of the river's voice is no less present today.

Join in on the banks of the Thames for a unique evening of poetry and discussion. Featuring acclaimed poets Sean O'Brien and Jo Bell and the author of Dip: Wild Swims from the Borderlands, Andrew Fusek Peters.

The River's Voice: The Poetry of Wild Swimming takes place directly after the Great River Swim, and we very much hope you will join us for both.
