The Wandle Valley Regional Park Trust invite you to join us on a fun cycle ride along the Wandle Trail to Morden Hall Park, launching the Wandle Wheelers programme.

Wandle Wheelers is a 10 week cycling programme in the boroughs of Merton and Wandsworth to encourage families to access the sessions together in order to enjoy green space in their local community. The activities will kick off with a led bike ride from Wandsworth to Merton. Following this launch ride, there will then be weekly rides at Morden Hall Park, Merton and King Georges Park in Wandsworth plus educational sessions.

At the end of the launch ride, there will also be a doctor bike session at Morden Hall Park, with the aim of informing families on good riding practice and to encourage them to access riding space in their own time. The project is not just about creating a habit of exercising, but also contains education elements. The aim of the project is to provide access to green space which in turn will lead to happier and healthier lifestyles. Offering the opportunity to cycle in a safe, relaxed environment.

Suitable for families, inexperienced and experienced riders alike.

Experienced ride leaders will guide you along the route taking in the rich heritage of the Wandle Valley along the way.
